We are also committed to our products. We proudly stand behind every one of our rings and if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item in its original packaging within 30 days from the delivery date.

It's a fact of life: Your age, health, the seasons, even the time of day can affect the size of your finger and the fit of your ring. Life may change how your ring feels, but it shouldn't change your satisfaction with our products. Let's say you're browsing our website one day and then… you see it. The perfect ring, the one you've really always been waiting for. There's just one problem: You already placed an order with us for a different ring a couple days ago. We understand that these things happen, which is why we will consider style exchanges for any rings returned within 30 days of receipt with no signs of damage. We'll even waive our normal restocking fee and will apply your full credit towards the purchase of a new ring.
Repairs and Refinishes*
We stand behind our products and we want to guarantee that you will be happy with your ring for as long as you own it. If the ravages of time have taken some of the luster out of your ring's inlay, we'll put it back for no charge (except shipping). Most of our products qualify for our free Protection Plan, but check below to see if yours is covered:

Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make any changes to your order or, after some soul searching, decide you need to cancel it altogether, it's important that you contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you reach out to us, the more help we can give you.
Size, style, or engraving changes need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled after this time may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns and Refunds*
Decided to go a different direction? You can return your ring within 30 days of receipt to be considered for a refund (there must be no signs of wear or damage or any alterations made to the ring). Most of our rings are made to order and are highly customized (with internal and external engravings), so keep in mind that there is a 20% restocking fee on any returned customized items (includes most wedding rings). We do not charge a restock fee for in stock items that are "ready to ship" (bracelets, earring and pendants).

Disclaimer and Exclusions
All rings returned for exchanges, resizing, repairs, refinishing, or refunds are subject to inspection. Excessive abuse and/or damages to the item will void the lifetime warranty included in our Protection Plan. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (back and forth) for all exchanges, returns, and repairs.
