![]() If you're ready for something you've never seen before, then you're ready for this Striped Titanium Meteorite Ring! These new meteorite rings put a unique twist on a contemporary design, and they do it using material that is billions of years old! Each flat profile titanium ring features a sleek groove machined around the center and is striated with 5 inlays that run horizontal to the ring face. Each inlay is 2mm wide and comprised entirely of pieces taken from the Gibeon meteorite that was discovered in Namibia, Africa in 1836! The solitary design of this ultra-modern favorite makes for a fantastic meteorite ring that's going to look just as cool a billion years from now as it does today! Every aspect of this incredibly durable and lightweight titanium meteorite ring is customized to your specifications. Choose any size between 3 or 13, or request a custom size to give yourself a perfect fit. We're big fans of the slightly wider 8mm width shown here, but you can have any width you choose between 5 and 9mm. You can also select a brushed or polished finish for the titanium (shown here brushed) as well as optional free engraving of up to 25 characters on the interior of the band! About This Design: The material used in these inlays was taken from an iron octahedrite meteorite called the Gibeon that exploded in the atmosphere centuries ago, raining down debris on what is today southwestern Africa. It is comprised of a mixture of iron, nickel, cobalt, phosphorous, and rare silicates in a combination that's not found anywhere on Earth. These increasingly rare meteorite fragments are believed to be over 4-billion-years-old, more than two-thirds the age of the sun! Explore more designs that can't be found anywhere else on any planet!
