That's why we've put together a list of the top questions we get asked by our customers, and we hope these answers will help you with your purchasing decisions.

We understand the importance of your purchase, and that many of our customers are ordering rings for a wedding or major life event. We want you to know that your order is as important to us as it is to you, and we want you to fully understand exactly what to expect when you order from us. General Questions

Q: I am concerned about ordering online because I cannot see the product before I buy it. Are there sample or demo versions of your rings?

A: Yes, we totally understand your concerns. We have a number of "demo rings" available that can be sent as samples for you to look at before making a purchase. Demo rings may not be your specific size, but we can provide a few different style examples to give you an idea of what your ring will look like.

We assure you that we offer only top quality items and that all of our rings are custom created for each of our customers. We will always work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please contact us for more information about participating in our demo program.

Q: Is there a way to add comments or special requests to my order?

A: Yes. During the checkout process, you will see a "Comments" section on the order form. You can add any notes, directions, requests, or questions to this area. A member of our staff will review your comments and follow up with you.

Q: I only see 1/2 sizes listed for your rings. Can you do 1/4 sizes?

A: Yes. Most of our ring styles are also available in 1/4 sizes. To request a 1/4 size, select the closest size from the on-screen options before adding the item to your shopping cart. During checkout, simply note the exact size you need in the "Comments" section on your order form and we will adjust your order accordingly.

Please note: 1/4 sizing is not available for our Carbon Fiber rings.

Q: I don't know my ring size / I'm shopping for someone else. Help!

A: The best way to get an accurate ring size is to have your finger measured at a local jewelry store. We strongly recommend you get measurements taken by at least two or three different jewelers. Measurements can and do vary depending on how the jeweler measures you.

If the ring you are purchasing is intended to be a surprise gift, we recommend secretly "borrowing" another ring from the recipient. Have the ring examined by a jeweler to get the exact size.

Q: Can I order my ring with engraving?

A: Many of our rings include free engraving of up to 25 characters on the inside of the band. If engraving is available for a ring, you will see a field above the "Add to Cart" button among the on-screen options prior to checkout. Simply enter the text you wish to have inscribed, and we will engrave it for you at no extra charge.

Shipping and Lead Times:

Q: How long will it take for my ring to be completed?

A: All of our rings are custom made to order by skilled artisans and production time may vary. Some rings may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete; rush options are available on select items. For more details, please see our Shipping and Manufacturing page.

Q: Can I get free shipping on my order?

A: Yes! All domestic orders automatically qualify for free ground shipping. **Please note this is for USA orders only. International customers still have a $25 shipping charge on all orders.

Q: How will my item be shipped?

A: We use a variety of shipping methods to get your items to you as efficiently as possible. Typically this will be either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Once your item has been shipped we will provide you with delivery information.

Q: Can you put a rush on my order?

A: We can place a rush order on many of our items. There is a $15 fee for all rush orders. If an item is available for a rush, you can indicate your preference in the on-screen options before adding the item to your shopping cart.

Please note: Because our rings are custom made, production time may still vary on rush orders. Rush orders generally cut lead time from 2-3 weeks down to approximately one (1) week. This applies to production time only and does not include time for shipping and delivery. Please see our Shipping and Manufacturing page for more details.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes. We offer normal shipments to the UK, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. There is a $25 shipping and handling charge for all international shipments. All international orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Titanium Rings:

Q: Can my Titanium Ring be resized?

A: Yes, but Titanium Rings can only be resized larger and not smaller. This is due to the inherent strength of titanium. Depending on the style of the ring we may not be able to size the ring up. A new ring may have to be made.

Please note: Items from our Camo Rings and Carbon Fiber Rings series cannot be resized. Also many of our other rings (regardless of metal) cannot be resized due to the nature of the metal. We can do a size exchange and there will be a remake fee that is associated with this resize.

Q: Can Titanium Rings be cut off in an emergency?

A: YES, YES, and YES! Titanium is just like many other materials in that it has a strength threshold which can be broken. Titanium Rings can be removed in an emergency using standard cutters found in hospitals, doctors' offices, and jewelry workshops.

Q: Does titanium scratch?

A: Yes. Titanium Rings will show some wear and tear over time, but not in the same way as many other pieces of jewelry. It may show some light scratches but will continue to look great for as long as you exercise proper care.

The only rings we carry that will not scratch are Tungsten Rings.

Q: Can titanium irritate the skin like many other metals?

A: No! Titanium is a natural element and is one of the few hypoallergenic metals. It has been rarely known to cause any irritation to skin.

Our line of Black Zirconium Rings are also hypoallergenic.

Q: How do I clean my Titanium Ring?

A: Clean your Titanium Ring with mild soap and warm water. You can also have your ring polished at a local jeweler, or send it back to us to have it refinished. Please contact us for refinishing details.

Camo Rings:

Q: Can my Camo Ring be resized?

A: Camo Rings cannot be resized. There is a 20% remake fee associated with sizing issues as a brand new ring has to be made.

If you are experiencing any sizing issues with your ring, please contact us as soon as possible. We will give you instructions for exchanging the item.

Q: How do Camo Rings hold up to wear over time?

A: The camouflage patterns on our Camo Rings are unique inlays set into the base metal. And, just like any jewelry that features an inlay (whether its camo, gold, silver, platinum, etc.), you will need to treat your ring with proper care and common sense. Here are a few situations to avoid:

- Take off your ring before doing any activity with your hands that may damage it.

- If your hands take a lot of abuse, this will show in the inlay material.

- We do not recommend leaving Camo Rings in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, such as inside a car or on a window sill on a sunny day.

Q: How do I clean my Camo Ring?

A: We recommend cleaning your Camo Ring with warm water then drying it afterwards.

Please note: We do not recommend cleaning your ring with an ultrasonic cleaner. The strong UV rays of these devices may damage the inlay of your ring.

Q: What if my camo inlay is damaged and needs to be repaired?

A: We can replace your camo inlay for a $30 fee if it is past our 90-day camo inlay warranty.

100% Carbon Fiber Rings:

Q: Can my Carbon Fiber Ring be resized?

A: Our 100% Carbon Fiber Rings cannot be resized like many other rings. However, we offer 1 size exchange for a small deductible fee (20% of the retail price).

Q: Is any coating applied to your Carbon Fiber Rings?

A: No. Our 100% Carbon Fiber Rings are not coated with any epoxy materials. They are sanded and left in a natural finish. We have found an all-natural finish wears best over time.

Q: How do I clean my Carbon Fiber Ring?

A: Clean your Carbon Fiber Ring with warm water and soap. Yep, it's that easy!
