Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn't end once you've received your item, and we are always ready to work with you. The policies below cover what happens if you have second thoughts about your order, need to make changes to your ring, or if you encounter other issues with your purchase.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you reach out to us, the more help we can give you.
Changes: Changes to the size, style, or engraving of your item need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications requested after this time will delay the production of your ring and will incur remake fees.
Cancelations: Order cancelations need to be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancelations made after this time will incur a 30% restocking fee (of the original retail price).
You can return your ring within 30 days of receipt, with some exceptions for select styles.
Because our rings are made to order and are unique for each customer, there will be a 30% restocking fee (of the original retail price) for all returned items. Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges.

If you ever end up having a sizing issue with one of our rings, you have options:
Protection Plan Member Benefits: If you've purchased our Protection Plan, you're covered for one free size exchange for the first year you own your ring. Coverage begins from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Without Protection Plan Coverage: For customers who opt out of the Protection Plan, there will be a 20% remake fee (of the original retail price) to produce a new ring. Customers will also pay for shipping the item to and from our location.
Please note: All size exchanges are for the same style only and do not allow for changes in ring width or other modifications. Other exclusions may apply for some styles.

You can send your ring back and exchange it for a different style (exclusions may apply).
There will be a 25% remake fee (of the original retail price) for the new band. If your new ring is more expensive than your original order, you will be charged for the price difference. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping, both to return the original ring and to have the new one shipped to you from our location.

Repairs and Refinishes
If your ring ever fails and breaks, or if you need to have your ring refinished or touched up, we are here for you. Our rings come with a lifetime warranty that covers structural integrity as well as free lifetime refinishing.

Disclaimer and Exclusions
We inspect all rings that are returned for exchanges, resizing, repairs, refinishes, or refunds. Any items that are found to have been abused or excessively damaged will void the warranty and the Protection Plan (if purchased) and will not be accepted.
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include custom orders of items not shown on our website, rings with combined styles made at the request of the customer, or personalized rings such as those in our Fingerprint and Heartbeat series, and Duck Band rings or anything else that would be specific in nature to the person purchasing the item.**Items such as this cannot be resold and are not eligible for any refund**
